Mr. Reseigh also served as Executive Vice President of Atkinson Construction Company, a subsidiary of Clark Construction, where he directed all construction projects performed by the corporation. The international portfolio of design and construction projects for which Mr. Reseigh has been responsible in his career include such projects as
the Sapir Pumping Plant for the Mekoroth Water Company in Israel,
the McCormick Place West Hall Expansion Storm Water Tunnel in Chicago, and
the Minorco Lisheen underground lead and zinc mine in Ireland."
Chief Engineer Jim Golden has worked as a design engineer with Reseigh.
Mr. Reseigh, is a mining and civil engineering executive who has overseen over $1 billion in civil and mine construction projects during his career; earned a Master of Science Engineer of Mines degree from the Colorado School of Mines.

GoldSpring Renews Reclamation Permit for Comstock Lode Property, August 20, 2008 - PR Newswire.
GoldSpring Enters into Agreement to Acquire Mineral Rights to Properties in Comstock Lode. The Company has entered into agreements, with a related-party shareholder, to purchase assets, including patented and unpatented lode mining claims from DWC Resources, Inc. DWC Resources owns mining claims for properties in the Comstock Lode district that previously generated substantial amounts of gold and silver. The Company also entered into a sub-lease agreement for the Sutro Mining Company properties in the Comstock Lode district. The purchase price for the transactions has been agreed upon but is subject to a fairness opinion to be provided by an independent appraiser. The Company also acquired the lease interest of the Occidental Lode group, consisting of six patented mining claims in the Comstock Lode district.
"The acquisitions of these properties, several of which produced appreciable amounts of gold and silver at a time when sophisticated mining techniques did not exist, is a logical step in our efforts to further consolidate our holdings in the Comstock Lode," said Rob Faber, GoldSpring's Chief Executive Officer.

COO Golden said they would like to increase the scope of mining the ore body by 50% with additional exploratory drilling from then present location to the historic Justice mine, 800 feet uphill to the northwest. A quartz vein target was found, third party assay of that quartz vein at that time was yet to be reported. Continued drilling for a 50% increase is still on less than 5% of the Goldspring property.
